    Proposal Conference

The Proposal Conference is sponsored by the Honors Program to showcase undergraduate research and creative work by Honors students at UH Mānoa that is at the proposal stage.

These events are held at the end of each Fall and Spring semester in the form and style of professional conferences, with oral presentations. The Proposal Conference is open to undergraduate Honors students proposing faculty-supervised academic work leading to their Senior Honors Project. All Honors students working on their proposals in HON 495 are required to make an oral and poster presentation of their work. Presentations are judged by Honors faculty members.  Undergraduate research beyond the proposal stage is presented at the Fall Forum and Spring Symposium.

All participants are required to register in order to present their research; please email urop@hawaii.edu for registration information with subject: Proposal Conference.
